Natura Sophia Policies & Terms

These policies apply to all offerings, including astrology readings, online courses, mentorships, and retreats.
By booking or participating in any service, you agree to the following terms.

1. Payment

Payment can be made by Bank Transfer, Wise, PayPal, or Cash (details are provided upon booking).

  • Payment must be completed at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled retreat, course, or session.

  • Courses and retreats must be paid in full before the start date, unless alternative arrangements have been made.

  • All fees and costs associated with money transfers are the client’s responsibility.

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling (Sessions & Readings)

Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. We value your presence and ask that you honour our time and availability.

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance.

  • Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice are subject to a 75% cancellation fee.

  • No-shows (without notice) will be charged in full for the scheduled service.

3. Online Courses & Mentorships

  • All online courses and digital offerings are non-refundable.

  • Once access is granted or the course has begun, no refunds or transfers are available.

  • Cancellations made within one month of the course start date are non-refundable.

Please ensure that you feel ready and committed before enrolling.

4. Retreat Policies

Refunds & Cancellations

  • Retreat bookings are non-refundable within three (3) months of the retreat start date.

  • Cancellations made before this period may be eligible for a refund, minus a 10% administrative fee.

  • In special circumstances, Natura Sophia may, at its discretion, allow you to transfer your payment toward a future retreat within one calendar year.

Travel & Health Insurance
All participants are required to purchase comprehensive travel insurance that includes:

  • Medical coverage in Peru (accident, injury, sickness, or emergency care)

  • Trip cancellation or interruption, including flights, retreat fees, and accommodation

  • Loss or damage of personal belongings

Proof of insurance may be requested prior to the retreat.
Natura Sophia cannot be held responsible for cancellations, delays, injuries, or unforeseen events beyond our control.

Responsibility & Wellbeing
By joining a retreat, you confirm that you are in good physical, emotional, and psychological health, and understand that participation in ceremonies, travel, and group activities involves inherent risks. All participants are responsible for their own wellbeing and self-care throughout the retreat experience.

5. Bookings & Availability

To ensure your desired times and offerings, please book in advance.
Spaces for courses, retreats, and readings are limited and often fill quickly.

6. Discounts & Grants

Natura Sophia is devoted to making healing, astrology, and awakening accessible to all, regardless of financial situation.

  • If you feel genuinely called to this work but are unable to afford the full fee, please reach out to inquire about grant opportunities.

  • We also offer seasonal discounts and early-bird pricing for certain courses and retreats.

  • Only one discount may be used per offering.

7. Privacy Policy

Natura Sophia maintains complete confidentiality for all that is shared during sessions, courses, and retreats.
We may collect user information (such as name, email address, and country of residence) for communication and marketing purposes.

Your data is never sold or shared with third parties and is stored in accordance with current GDPR guidelines.

8. Agreement

By booking, enrolling, or attending any offering with Natura Sophia, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to all policies outlined above.
